A workshop for the whole body: from the basics through value creation to the areas of use that fit your strategic goals. At your location, with two senior partners.
On many boards, each member means something different by AI: some see mainly risks, others a tool for writing. As long as that stays the case, there is no shared position and no clear decisions.
The Team Briefing creates this shared foundation. It does not start with technology, but with your company, your business model and your strategic goals.
For the whole body: a shared view and prioritised areas of use in half a day.
The next step for the executive team: North Star, initiatives and a 90-day plan in three half days.
See the Executive Kickstart →For individual board members and executives: two hours of confidential sparring.
See the Executive Briefing →Around one hour for a short questionnaire and your documents on strategy and business model, so the workshop works with your topics from the start.

Once you have decided to tackle AI, the work begins, usually with Polaris: it guides your executive team through the strategic phases from Phase 1 (Why: North Star and readiness). If you first want to go deeper and involve the affected units, choose the Executive Kickstart. Nothing is mandatory.
The Team Briefing belongs to Step 1: Vision and strategy. Why AI, and what role does it play for us?
