This privacy policy explains how we process personal data in connection with this website. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Visiting the website
When you visit the website, our hosting provider Vercel Inc. processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, page requested and browser information. This data serves the secure and stable operation of the site and is deleted after a short period.
3. Cookieless web analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand website usage in aggregated form. No cookies are set and no profiles of individual visitors are created.
4. Contact form and email
When you contact us via the form or by email, we process your details (name, email, company, message) to answer your request. Form requests are delivered to our mailbox via the email service Resend. Our mailbox is hosted on Microsoft 365.
5. Guide downloads
To download our guides we ask for your name and email address. We use these details to record the request and, if you agree, to inform you occasionally about new guides and events. You can withdraw this consent at any time by email.
6. Appointment booking, phone calls and callbacks
If you request a phone call or a callback, we collect your name, phone number and, where applicable, your topic and preferred time window on this website. These details are sent to us by email and used only for the requested call. To choose the appointment we use Microsoft Bookings. The details you provide when booking (name, email, selected time, notes) are processed by Microsoft on our behalf and used to hold the appointment.
7. AI Future-State Simulator
The simulator at simulator.ai4leaders.ch is a separate application. If you request the full report there, we process your email address and inputs to create and deliver the report.
8. AI check
The AI check calculates the result in your browser; your answers are not sent to us. Only if you request the personal start plan by email do we process your name, email address and answers to create the start plan and send it to you via the email service Resend. We receive a summary only if you tick the corresponding box. We use it to follow up where needed.
9. Processors and transfers abroad
We use carefully selected service providers (Vercel, Resend, Microsoft). They may also process data in the United States. Transfers are based on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses. We do not pass data to third parties for advertising.
10. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.
11. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and portability of your data and to object to its processing. Please contact contact@ai4leaders.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
12. Changes
We may update this privacy policy. The version published on this website applies.
