Polaris is the standard for the way ahead. After the Team Briefing, your executive team starts with Phase 1 (Why: North Star and readiness). After the Executive Kickstart, Phase 1 is largely done and Phase 2 (What: potential and opportunities) prepared: Polaris confirms and sharpens the North Star and goals and guides the prioritisation of initiatives, with analysis and in exchange with the future users. For implementation and scaling, Polaris provides the approach, success criteria and decision points. Strategy consulting is the option when more is needed.
